Dotti Colvin has been working professionally in the world of animation production for 8 years. In 1998 she set up the CG department for the award winning stop motion company Loose Moose.

Originally trained as a traditional animator / illustrator she went on to study at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Since then she has worked on a multitude of commercials, (for clients like Nickelodeon, Kelloggs and Peperami) several short films, a full length feature and co-directed a successful music video for 'Fingerthing' called 'Superhero Music' (Featured left) which picked up a silver award at Kalamazoo, was screened on MTV and toured with DJ Shadow. 

She continues to work in animation production and has recently joined the team of freelance tutors at Escape Studios.

Alan is currently the head of 3D training at Escape Studios. He has over 15 years experience in computer graphics and FX using both 3D and 2D compositing packages.

Alan has been teaching 3D animation and FX for the last 10 years. Prior to joining the team at Escape, Alan taught animation at several other training facilities in both the UK and Canada, including the Swansea Institute of higher education and Seneca Collage in Toronto.

He was originally trained as an architect, he was also responsible for developing and delivering courses in architectual design and visualisation within the facaulty of Architecture at the university of Toronto.
