Industry Links

The SSAW project is fostering close links with the support agencies in Wales and is working to develop active synergies with the Creative Industries Hub, The Film Agency for Wales and the Welsh Assembly Government's IP Fund. We also collaborates with ITV Wales, the Wales Screen Commission and numerous Welsh production companies through our placement service.

Skillset Screen Academy Wales (SSAW) is unique within the SSA network™ in that we have established an Industry Liaison Panel whose members cover the eight specialisms offered on the curriculum. This advisory panel offers guidance on curriculum development and the provision of masterclasses and helps to promote the SSAW project to the wider film industry in Wales and the UK.

Further members are invited to join the Industry Liaison Panel on a rolling basis. To contact members of the industry panel please email Rhiannon Jarvie.
