SSAW Graduate wins Creative Graduate Prize

A big congratulations from SSAW to Gareth Lloyd, a recent graduate of the BA Hons Interactive & Motion Design course at the Atrium (formally Design for Media/digital video design at GCADT) for winning the Creative Graduate Prize 2007 from 'Medium Magazine & Societas with his graphical film Peaknik Doomer.

Gareth graduated with a 1st Class honours degree last year and has since been working with production company Rough Collie in Chapter Arts Centre. He is currently undertaking DVD authoring work with Cardiff-based company Vision Thing and is planning to return to the Atrium in January to continue his studies at MA level.

The Creative Graduate Prize 2007 is an annual arts competition organised by Medium Magazine and Societás. This year the entries were received from photographers, illustrators and film-makers on the theme of TRAVEL

The prize, as well as a special feature in Medium Magazine, is a coveted
Key-2 Luxury keyring. All entrants get the chance to have their work seen by the coolest creative agency in London: Societás. Further info.
