WHAT IS THE POST GRADUATION FACILITY (PGF)?
A four-month programme of personal development for selected graduates from Skillset Screen Academy Wales courses.
The scheme consists of -
- industry focused paid work placements in Wales and the rest of the UK
- short courses including, but not exclusive to: "Finance for Freelancers, CV Development; Risk Assessment for the Media Industry; the Role of the Production Manager
- specialised courses run by the BBC and other industry training providers, according to the specialism you are following
- one-to-one mentoring from industry practitioners
- intensive induction and exit programmes
During the scheme, SSAW will also develop an individual training plan for each trainee.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or over
- Applicants must have graduated from a SSAW course in the academic year 06/07, 07/08, 08/09 or 09/10
- Current students are eligible to apply if they graduate before the start of the course dates below
WHEN CAN I APPLY?
We are now recruiting for Cohort 3 of this scheme.

Closing Date for Applications will be: 18th of Feb 2010
Interview Period: 22nd Feb - 6th March
Course Start Date: 29th March
Cohort 4
The dates for this cohort will be the 9th August to 10th December 2010
(recruitment begins in June 2010)
