Production Fund Bursaries

Bursaries are offered to students on SSAW courses to enhance the quality of their final productions.  Student collaboration is also encouraged across the partner institutions so that the specialist knowledge gained on the various SSAW courses can be applied on a number of productions.  SSAW also promotes collaboration to further the fostering of a filmmaking community in Wales.

The funds are for legitimate production costs of the films which can include, for example, props, costume, make-up, film stock, necessary equipment, materials for stop-motion animation, on-set catering.

The bursaries cannot be put towards the cost of wages for professional cast or crew but can include their expenses.
